Vehicle fled westbound on Pelham Rd. Crashed a short time later into a parked vehicle sending that parked vehicle on top of another parked vehicle. One perp then fled vehicle and foot pursuit started with the perp jumping off a cliff about 10ft into a driveway. NRFD and EMS dispatched for possible a pin and jumper down.
