Where I'm at, they are assigned to the person, since they have to have the right size and accountable so they don't get lost. We carry surgical masks in our trucks, but as far as N95 not right now carrying extras.

It's been substantially completed, just some finishing touches being applied. To my knowledge, they have yet to move in. Confirmed companies will be Tower Ladder 71 and Rescue 1. I've heard rumors about other companies or apparatus, but nothing confirmed.
