About Me

Previously the District Chief of the Sound Beach Volunteer Fire Department in Old Greenwich, CT. I am now the full-time Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director for the City of Elk River (MN).  I oversee a 40 plus member combination (primarily paid-on-call) fire department as well as the city's building safety, fire marshal, code enforcement, emergency management and rental housing divisions.
