Was it true Dineen was fired as chief of the New Windsor Volunteer Ambulance Corps?

Wow. What a way to find out. I saw on the scroll on News 12 eariler saying it was over finances but they gave no actual report time to it on the broadcast. Either way...still a crappy way to find out.
