23:15 Cold Spring Fire, Philipstown Ambulance, Cold Spring PD requested for a possible river rescue

23:17 13-1-1 responding Putnam 9-1-1 advises that caller reported boat is capsized and 5 people are in the water in the area of Bannerman's Island/Gulley's

23:19 City of Beacon dispatched with their boat and ambulance

23:19 34-7-1 responding Putnam advises that Orange county is also being requested

23:21 33-1 request NYSP helicopter to area

23:24 Putnam 9-1-1 Sends out Coordinators tones for a Mutual Aid water rescue in progress Agencies from Dutchess and Orange assisting

23:41 13-1-1 advises boat is in the water and heading north

23:56 13-1-1 advises that he wants a boat from Westchester and Putnam notifies him that a boat from Rockland is also being put in the water

00:08 Putnam 9-1-1 advises County Car 9 that the command post is moving further to the south. USCG reported to Dutchess 911 that boat was found near pond hook 2 miles north of Bear Mt bridge

00:20 Putnam 9-1-1 advises CC 9 that Ft. Montgomery has relocated their boat to the Garrison Landing and Foundry Cove by the west shore CC 9 also advises that more help is being requested by units on the water

00:30 Rockland air unit on location, Westchester PD air unit also responding

00:40 9-1-1 reports that PCSO is requesting that Garrison Landing be used as a staging area for ambulances and STAT-Flight being

requested

00:46 33-7-2 responding Garrison Fire Rescue to the scene Philipstown Vac one ambulance to the scene Garrison Ambulance one ambulance to the scene of a water rescue at the garrison landing multiple injuries

00:58 15-6-1 en-route 15-2-2 standing by in case of stat flight landing

01:00 32-7-1 en-route two ambulances from westchester en-roue as well as per putnam 9-1-1

01:07 9-1-1 Advising County Car 9 that Stat Flight is on standby

02:05 15-2-2 Advises putnam that the LZ has been established

02:07 Westchester County Marine 4 transporting one victim to Highland Marina. Victim turned over to Cornwall EMS.

02:15 Aviation Units relieving each other for fuel to maintain constant illumination of scene during rescue.

02:45 Extrication of fifth victim still ongoing, trapped under boat in mud. Four rescue boats also beached by outgoing tide and SeaTow assisting others that are now disabled.

03:15 Final victim recovered. Units still operating. A total of three medevacs were requested - STAT-Flight 1, STAT-Flight 2, and NorthStar (NJ). Four vicitms transported to WMC.

Location of accident. Boat was on north side of marsh in "cove".

Just to add on for the Westchester/Putnam side

Putnam Car 9 and Peekskill 7511 Running EMS Command out of Garrison Followed by Batt 10

Total of 5 Ambulance and 3 medics at Garrison Command Post

Two Patients brought to Garrison side one Transported With Cortlandt VAC 88B1 and 39Medic to Landing Zone and One Transported With Garrison EMS and 3511 By Ground Transport.

Great Job By Everyone Fire and EMS on Scene and to Puntam 911/60 Control on Updates and to Putnam County Car 9 and 7511 on a great Command Post. Little difficulties with Radios trying to Communicate between 4 different Counties, and 20 different Freq's with Only Westchester Running off of Trunking and the other counties dont have Trunking Radios (Mitch I am just happy you did not fall in the water with all the different raido and phones straped to you)
