Units Operating: 11-2-5, 11-2-3, 11-8-2, 11-7-2, E-148, R-28, NYSP.

Description Of Incident: Units dispatched to I-684 s/b @ Putnam/Westchester line for a serious motorcycle accident with amputation. Units arrived on scene to find 1 male DOA.
