Description Of Incident: Tractor trailer crossed over from southbound over cement barrier and struck northbound SUV. SUV sent accross the highway, rolled over several times and came to a stop on the northbound Central Ave service road. (2) Occupants pinned- (1) in traumatic arrest and (1) with multiple trauma. (1) Victim flown to WCMC by Stat Flight.
