Description: Dispatched as heavy smoke from apartment 3D, possible 10-29 (working fire)

10:12 Engine 313, Ladder 73 on scene 8 story occupied multiple dwelling

10:14 Engine 313 advising Rescue 1 report of fire in apartment 3B with occupant trapped inside

10:15 Engine 313 advising 10-29 (Working Fire), Battalion 2 requesting 10-30 (fill out the assignment)

10:15 Engine 313 plugging into the standpipe, crews making the stretch from the third floor standpipe, Ladder 73 entering for primary search Apt 3D, other crews evacuating residents

10:16 Ladder 73 has one victim found during primary search and is removing

10:18 Battalion 2 requesting ambulance for the victim
